FOOD & BEVERAGE STAFF

Panache boasts a team of highly qualified and experienced staff many of whom have
international experience in the food and beverage industry.


Silver service and cocktail wait staff are invoiced at $50.00 plus GST for the first four
hours and $65.00 plus GST If you require the services of a qualified function supervisor
the invoice price is $50.00 Plus GST. Labour costs are inclusive of the full set up of
function, food set up and breakdown on completion.


Panache considers confirmation of the function has been made once an authorized copy
of the quotation is returned along with your Acceptance Form and confirmation deposit
(see Payment Terms).


Confirmation of final numbers is required 7 days prior to the function date. These
numbers will be considered final and will be the numbers the final invoice is based on.

PAYMENT TERMS

As most costs associated with catering are incurred prior to your function date on your
behalf, Panache quires a minimum 25% deposit to be paid upon approval of the
quotation. A larger deposit may be required if we are booking a venue on your behalf.
The balance of the account will be due and payable seven days prior to the function. If
paying by credit card a 3% card fee will be applied to your invoice.

EVENT MANAGEMENT SERVICES

In regards to events / functions that Panache provides specialised event management
services for a 10% event management fee will be added to the final invoice total.

EQUIPMENT HIRE

Panache will be happy to organise all hire equipment that you may require.
We have several preferred hire companies that supply high quality equipment such as
Royal Doulton and Wedgwood crockery, Baguette and Corsica cutlery and Mondial
Crystal. This is all backed up with 24 hours assistance and unparalleled customer service.
The cost of all hire equipment is subject to your personal taste and requirements.

CANCELLATION

If for some reason you need to cancel your function, the following guidelines are
applicable:


1) If written notification of cancellation is received more than 60 days prior to the
function date, Forte will refund the deposit in full.


2) If written notification of cancellation is received between 21 and 60 days prior to
the function date, Forte will refund 50% of deposit. (In the event that the function
is resold, a full refund will be supplied).


3) If written notification of cancellation is received less than 21 days prior to the
function date, Forte will not refund the deposit

INSURANCE

Panache takes great care with all equipment used for your function. However, Forte
cannot take responsibility in the unlikely event of damage to or losses of equipment. A
full report of all items damaged and lost will be provided at the completion of any
project. These costs will be passed on to the client.

FEEDBACK AND EVALUATION

At Panache, we continually aim to improve our products and services. At the conclusion
of the function, we would greatly appreciate it if you could complete the Project
Evaluation form, which will be sent to you.
